All awnings must be shipped pre-paid, no cod packages. All awnings including parts must be in original condition, any awnings or items with signs of damage will not be refunded or exchanged. |

10 day approval period from receipt, cost of awning is refunded upon return inspection, with awning in its original condition. |
30 day return from receipt, cost of awning minus a 15% restocking fee will be refunded upon return inspection, with awning in its original condition. |
